Shipping & Returns

All purchases from Christmas 1497 Bonavista are considered a Final Sale.

Canadian Shipping: We will strive to have orders shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Local In-Store Pickup: Pickup is available at our Parts Place store in Bonavista, NL, for the majority of products. When you add items to your cart and enter your shipping details, it will give you the option to pickup your item from the Parts Place store and save on the shipping fees. If an item is not showing the pickup option, you can email us and we will confirm if it is an option. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases from Christmas 1497 Bonavista are considered a final sale, with the exception of any products that may have arrived damaged or incorrect during shipping ( which we certainly strive to ensure does not happen! ). 

While all of our pieces are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped in new condition, it’s possible that damages may occur during shipment. Any damages must be noted and filed in full with Christmas 1497 Bonavista at ( christmas1497@gmail.com ) within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s). 

Please include your name, order number, and the reason you are seeking a return of your product(s) – including any applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product. 

If a damaged product is accepted for return, a member of our Christmas 1497 Bonavista Team will provide you with return shipping detail instructions and will replace any damaged item(s) at no additional cost. Returns must be received by our Christmas 1497 warehouse no later than 30 days after initial delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. 

Upon receipt of the returned product at our Christmas 1497 Bonavista store, please allow up to one week for our Team to conduct a quality control review of the product(s) and issuance of the refund/replacement. If a replacement is not available, then we will store credit or refund your order. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via e-mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
 

Order Cancellations

As all items are final sale, we unfortunately are unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges at this time.
